1. Use of the Website:

The registered user who inserts or publishes content on the Website through the blog comments form and any other participation system that exists or may exist must hold the legitimate owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights or any other rights over the same in order to reproduce, distribute and communicate them publicly through any electronic media, with the use of such content by the user entailing his declaration that he holds the legitimate and sufficient rights for the insertion or use of the same.
